Gift card FAQ:
- Q. Will I be posted the gift card?
A. All our gift cards are ‘e-gift cards’. This means they will be emailed as an electronic gift card and are not a physical card. You can enter your email address to get it sent to yourself, or, enter the email address of the recipient.
- Q. Can I use a gift card over more than one visit?
A. Yes, it’s no problem to partially redeem over one visit and return again to use the rest another time. For example, let’s say you have a $100 gift card. You visit and use $60, which is a partial redemption. When you visit next time, your bill is $85. You use the $40 remaining portion of the gift card and settle the difference ($45) with a debit/credit card or cash.
- Q. Do I have to choose the menu in advance?
The gift card will cover any all our menu items – coffee, cabinet, sweets, a la carte all day brunch or bottomless brunch / lunch. When you reserve your table online to dine in, you will select whether you want to have a la carte or bottomless menus. Please add the gift card number to your booking in the notes section, to give our team a heads up.
- Q. Can I dine in or takeaway?
Absolutely! Whatever your preference.
- Q. What is the time limit?
A. All our gift cards are valid for one year.
- Q. What happens if I lose a gift card?
A. In most cases we can find the gift card in our system – please contact us and give us as much info as possible – the email used, the amount, the name, the date of purchase etc. We’ll do our best to help!
